In doubt? Size up. Our dresses are cut for an easy, comfortable fit, so if you're between two sizes, choose the larger one. Every dress has its own size guide with exact measurements, right next to the size options. Compare it with a favourite dress that fits you well, and if you'd like a second opinion, email us your measurements and we'll gladly help.

How long does delivery take?

Every order ships free across Canada with tracked delivery, no minimum. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and most parcels arrive within 4 to 11 business days in total. As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link by email, and you can always follow your parcel via the Track Your Order page.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

That's on us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or in the wrong colour or size than you ordered, let us know and we'll make it right, with the return shipping costs covered by us. Just send a photo to info@velloryhouse.com and we'll take care of the rest.
