How long does delivery take?

As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link by email, and you can always follow your parcel via the Track Your Order page.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

That's on us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or in the wrong colour or size than you ordered, let us know and we'll make it right, with the return shipping costs covered by us. Just send a photo to info@velloryhouse.com and we'll take care of the rest.
