How long does delivery take?

Every order ships free across Canada with tracked delivery, no minimum. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and most parcels arrive within 4 to 11 business days in total. As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link by email, and you can always follow your parcel via the Track Your Order page.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
